On The Way to Trick-or-Treat
The concept for "On the way to Trick-or-Treat" came from an Instagram challenge called "Landtober."
Landtober offered a list of challenges asking people to create several magical scenes that inspired me a lot. I decided, “Since it is a list, why don't I turn it into a story?” Thus, I combined the themes of Halloween, fairy tales, and the "Landtober" list to create a magical world in which Lanatra, my duck character, could trick-or-treat.

TuÁn YuÁn
團圓(TUAN YUAN) means reunion in Chinese.
In Chinese, '圓'(YUAN) means circle, which represents the complement.
Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival, these two essential holidays in Taiwan, gather family and friends together.
Thus, we see many round elements in our holiday celebrations.
For example, we prefer to use a round table for our '團圓飯' (a feast for Chinese New Year's Eve) as we usher in the new year. And we admire the full moon and enjoy mooncakes with family during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
